AI images can take up to two minutes. Keep your draft saved and check the status in the editor. If the result is uncertain, let the existing request resolve before starting another. Your uploaded images are also available for styling.
I paid, but my game is not live
Return to the payment confirmation page and let it check the saved order. Avoid paying again while confirmation is pending. Send us the order reference if the status needs attention.
I need help with a player reward
The business running the game supplies the reward and sets its conditions. Contact that business using the information on the game. If a code cannot be checked because of a technical problem, send us the game link.
For campaign owners
You can find player codes and their status in your game’s results. Check the offer conditions before marking a code as redeemed. A screenshot alone is not a code validation.
