These terms explain the Tapmello game-building service and the campaigns you create with it.

The service

Tapmello provides a browser-based editor and hosting for branded promotional games. Seller identity and bank details for paid services are provided only in the private PDF invoice. Contact us through our support page.

Free publication and paid services

One verified business account can publish one new game free for 5 days. The trial starts when that game goes live, is available once per account and cannot be moved to another account. When the trial ends, the game stops accepting new activity unless another publication period is activated.

After the trial, a standard publication costs 12,500 KZT and keeps one selected game live for one calendar month. Renewing that game or publishing a separate game requires a separate service order. Tapmello issues a PDF invoice; the service is activated after the bank payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal and no separate per-player fee.

White Label access

White Label costs 50,000 KZT for one month. It lets an active account connect one custom domain to each game and removes Tapmello branding from player-facing pages. It does not renew automatically and does not include game publication: each live game still requires its own active trial or 12,500 KZT publication month. When White Label access ends, custom domains stop serving the games and their standard Tapmello links remain subject to the game publication period.

Draft editing, image uploads and saved artwork stay free. You can save up to four AI creations per element. AI requests also share an account allowance across all games over a rolling 30-day period. Failed or unconfirmed provider requests can use this shared allowance. Platform limits may temporarily pause AI creation; creating a new draft does not reset them. Availability is shown in the editor. Your selected art and rules form the published version. Some rules lock when publication begins or the game is live; the editor shows which changes remain available.

After the campaign ends

The game stops accepting new plays and issuing new rewards when its free or paid publication period expires. Results remain accessible to the campaign owner while Tapmello operates. Issued reward codes follow their own expiry and the business’s offer conditions. Pausing a game does not extend its publication period.

Your campaign and artwork

Use content you have permission to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your brand details, offer, prize availability and campaign conditions. Review AI-generated artwork before publication. Do not use the service for unlawful campaigns, impersonation, abuse, automated prize farming or interference with the service.

You give Tapmello permission to process and display the content you submit as needed to build, host and operate your campaign. Only submit information you want included in the published game; player contact details and private codes are handled through the campaign’s private results.

Prizes, players and promotion

You provide the audience, prizes and fulfilment. Explain eligibility, reward limits, expiry, redemption and any participation requirements clearly. Tapmello records game results and codes; it does not verify a person’s identity or automatically confirm a social-media post. Multiple plays can belong to the same person. Check a code and its conditions before fulfilling a reward.

The standard publication price has no per-player fee. This is a pricing rule, not a guarantee of unlimited simultaneous capacity. Tapmello does not guarantee a number of participants, leads or sales.

Accounts and data

Keep your business account credentials private. Players do not need an account, although you may configure contact collection. Only request information needed for your campaign, provide an appropriate notice and obtain permission for any separate marketing use. See our privacy information.

Invoices, previous credit and problems

Tapmello does not take card payments on the website. Choose a specific service in your account, link a private Telegram chat and request an invoice for an individual or a business. We send the PDF in Telegram and activate only that service after confirming the bank payment. We do not save a card or renew automatically. Accounts with USD service credit recorded before this invoice model can continue using it for eligible Tapmello services, but new payments are not added to that credit. If a transfer, invoice or previous-credit deduction appears wrong, contact us with its reference before paying again. Our refund page explains how to request a review. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
