CUSTOMER PATH

One offer, three clear steps

  1. Produce

The agency agrees the game, gift, stock and placement with the client.

  2. Join

Guests scan the QR during a suitable pause.

  3. Fulfil

Event staff checks codes and hands over gifts at the named point.

OPERATIONAL FIT

A planned event pause gives the game a real operating window

Registration waits, session changes and staffed brand zones already create moments when guests can use their own phones. The game supplies the interaction and code, while the event agency remains responsible for venue connectivity, signage, staffing, stock and crowd flow.

Pilot check

Rehearse at the venue with the final QR and gift desk. Simulate the expected busiest minute, then set a launch size that the connection and handover team can support.

READY TO ADAPT

The campaign starts with the practical details

Customer invitation

A quick brand challenge while you wait. Play now and collect your gift at the event desk.

A technical foundation for the activation

The prepared example uses a limited promotional gift. Your event plan still covers staff, internet, prize stock, signage and the handover queue.

Example reward terms

One standard event gift per unused code, collected at the staffed desk during published event hours, while stock lasts.

This is an editable campaign example, not a promise of business results. Confirm the reward, stock, eligibility and dates before publishing.

STAFF FLOW

A short instruction your team can follow

  1. Test scanning, a full round and code redemption on the venue connection.

  2. Brief the gift desk on stock, collection hours and failure handling.

  3. Close the campaign invitation when the activation ends.

This is a configurable game platform, not an automatically operated event. Confirm technical capacity for any planned peak before a large launch.

OPERATING DETAILS

Put the game into the event production schedule

Venue network rehearsal
Test scan, play and redemption from the exact guest zone on the production network, not only office Wi-Fi.
Gift-desk capacity
Set collection hours, queue position, stock count and a responsible lead for the number of simultaneous claims expected.
Shutdown cue
Add a run-of-show moment for removing QR signs and closing invitations before staff or stock leaves the desk.
BUSINESS METRICS

Monitor the live load as well as participation

Separate players, issued codes, gifts handed over and qualified conversations. Contact fields should serve a defined follow-up purpose.

Peak starts per minute
Highest count of verified starts in a one-minute interval, annotated with the programme moment that produced it.
Gift fulfilment rate
Valid codes fulfilled at the event desk divided by valid codes presented there.
Claim service time
Observed time from joining the gift queue to completed redemption for a sample during peak and normal periods.
ONE PUBLISHED GAME
12,500 KZT for one calendar month
  • No per-player fee
  • Public link, QR sharing and reward-code management
  • Starts when the game is published; renew manually

Questions for the event production plan

Does Tapmello provide event staff or equipment?

No. Guests use their phones; the agency organises the venue connection, signs, reward stock and staff process.

Can the activation run without internet?

Do not promise that. Test the venue connection and prepare an agency-owned contingency for signage and guests if play or redemption becomes unavailable.

What if demand exceeds the gift stock?

Use a published stock limit, stop new invitations before depletion and follow the pre-agreed guest message. Do not keep awarding an unavailable gift.
